Booking Policies

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date once availability is confirmed.

Refund Window

The 50% deposit is refundable only within 48 hours of the original deposit payment. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance may be paid at any time after the deposit and must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Common questions about our rentals.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery and pickup are available for a $100 flat fee.

Do you set up chairs?

Yes. Setup is available for $0.75 per chair.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date after availability is confirmed.

Complete one guided process to enter event details, select rentals, review pricing, and sign the agreement before payment.

Square secure checkout

Customers sign the agreement first, then pay the calculated 50% deposit through Square. Sandbox credentials can be used for safe testing before live payments are enabled.
