Booking Policies
Please review our rental and payment policies before submitting a request.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date once availability is confirmed.
Refund Window
Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of booking unless the event is within 7 days.
Remaining Balance
Remaining balances are due 7 days before the event. Bookings within 7 days require full payment.

Yes. Delivery is available throughout Birmingham and nearby areas.

Yes. Setup is available for $0.75 per chair.
